Insider antique and art tips and news from industry experts
I am a research scholar working on the origin and stylistics of Indian mica paintings of the 19th century. As you know, most of them are in Britain. Your magazine had two articles by William Theon on these paintings.
1) William Theon. “Indian Mica Miniatures of the 19th century’ Antique Collecting. pp 26-29 Vol. 6, No.8, December 1971.
2) William Theon. “Indian Mica Miniatures – the Servants’ Antique Collecting. pp 24 -27 Vol. 7, No.5, September 1972”.
I iive in India and would really appreciate it if you could send me these two articles by email. Very little work has been done on these paintings and it wound be wonderful to lay my hands on some previous research.
with warm regards and hoping to hear from you soon.

The name of the author of the two articles in your magazine that I require is Theon Wilkinson and not Theon Williams.
Theon, Wilkinson. “Indian Mica Miniatures of the 19th century’ In Antique Collecting, pp 26-29 Vol. 6, No.8, December 1971.
Theon, Wilkinson. “Indian Mica Miniatures – the Servants.” In Antique Collecting. pp 24 -27 Vol. 7, No.5, September 1972.
I apologise for the mistake,
With warm wishes,
