BADA’s holds first online auction

BADA (The British Antique Dealers’ Association) launches its first live online Auction market this week on Thursday 14 July.

Blampied The Joy RiderThe Association, which represents the UK’s leading fine art and antiques dealers has partnered with art market specialists The Curators Eye to create the www.bada.auction platform, which will host Thursday’s inaugural BADA Auction.

The auction brings together 400 exceptional pieces from over 40 of BADA’s finest dealers including silverware, jewellery, fine art, folk art, sculpture, design, clocks and timepieces, rugs and carpets, Chinese export porcelain, Asian Art and British and European furniture.

The Auction will take place live from the Algonquin Club in Boston, Massachusetts and will be conducted live by auctioneers Silke Berlinghof-Nielsen and Peter Combs. Bidders and collectors can watch the action unfold live from 3.00pm on www.bada.auction
